When launching to the Czech, Slovak, Hungarian and Polish markets, Tesco's F&F brand website needed to accommodate regularly-changing local content, and create impactful brand launch and PR opportunities without advertising support.

Response

We created an extensive, CMS-driven, multi-lingual web presence, supported by a simple-to-use content management system for all in-market teams. Newsletters, offers and promotional vouchers formed an active eCRM programme, and a first step toward full eCommerce.
