The challenge

Fashion marketing has never been simply transactional. Users interact with a brand using many different channels. McArthurGlen wanted to start this journey of engaging with the brands before a visit to the Outlets.

Approach

Using workshops the strategy team identified the best way to do this was through an app. We created an 'The Guide' that allowed users to browse all 20 Designer Outlets, access interactive store guides in order to zoom, pinch, pan and navigate their way around a McArthurGlen Designer Outlet. Use the "Locate Me" button to pin point their location and explore the brands available at each outlet.
